To cancel your order on all hand made products you must do so within 48 hours. Contact us by email at info@abundleofjoybabycake.com or cancellation can be faxed to 281-239-8510. A request for cancellation must be received via email or fax to provide date and time of cancellation. If cancellation is requested any time after the 48 hours of placing an order, a 50% restocking fee will be applied. This is do to the extensive labor work already performed and/or completed regarding these customized orders.
Rush orders are not eligible for the 48 hour cancellation policy do the fact that the gift item has already entered production to meet rush order request and extensive labor hours have been completed. We understand that changes occur however the purpose is to minimize any unnecessary cost do to your order change.

Return Policy
If you decide you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 5 business days of the received item. All returns must have a prior authorization. All returns must be received in its original package not damaged, used, worn and must have original tags and material with item. Please contact us for your RA number (return authorization) at info@abundleofjoybabycakes.com.
For your security please return your item with an insured courier UPS, FED EX, USPS and retain your receipt. Abundleofjoybabycakes.com is not responsible for any return shipping charges are item damaged or lost in transit back to our company. Original shipping cost fees, delivery fees, and rush order charges you incurred are non-refundable.
All eligible returns are subject to a 10% to 50% restocking fee especially on unique custom made items. Upon receiving your approved return, Abundleofjoybabycakes.com will determine the amount of refund based upon the condition and completion of the item.
Damage/Defective items
We take great pride in our ability to give you a wonderful and unique product. We strive to make every gift item 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If for some reason the item gets damage in route or is defective/ incorrect, we will replace the item at no additional charge to you. Please contact us for a RA number within 5 business days of the received item.
